This Privacy Policy describes how SAIRUU (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit this website, place an order, or contact us. This storefront is our own custom site (not Shopify). By using the site or placing an order you acknowledge this policy. For terms of purchase see our Terms of service.
Personal information we collect
- Contact & delivery details: name, phone, address, city, and email when you check out or message us.
- Order information: items, quantities, totals, confirmation status, and delivery updates.
- Device & usage: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and basic analytics needed to run and improve the site.
- Communications: what you send us by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or phone.
We do not take card payments on this storefront today. Cash on delivery means payment is collected by the courier at delivery.
How we use information
- Fulfil and confirm COD orders, arrange shipping, and send tracking updates.
- Prevent fraud and verify that the person receiving the order consented (confirm link / WhatsApp).
- Answer support requests and improve products and the site.
- Comply with Pakistani law and respond to lawful requests.
Who we share with
We only share what is needed to run the business:
- Courier partners, to deliver your order.
- Hosting, email/SMS, and analytics providers who process data on our instructions.
- Authorities when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar tech for cart/session state and to understand how the site is used (for example campaign sources). You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features (like the bag) need them to work.
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. They share page visits, products viewed or added to the bag, and orders placed (order value and items) with Meta. For orders we also send your phone number, email, name and city in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match the order to an ad. We use Google Analytics to understand how the store is used: pages visited, how you found us (for example an ad, search or a shared link), device and browser type, approximate location (city/country from your IP address), and orders placed (order number, value and items). We use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used through anonymised recordings and heatmaps of clicks and scrolling; checkout and order pages are masked, so your details are not recorded. Both set cookies in your browser. You can block them in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Retention & security
We keep order and contact records as long as needed for fulfilment, support, accounting, and legal duties, then delete or anonymise where practical. No system is perfectly secure; use care when sharing sensitive details over unsecured channels.
Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children
Products are formulated for ages 13+. This site is not directed at young children. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us to request deletion.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do.
