Delivery coverage
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery options and charges
Standard Delivery: Rs 250, delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Express Delivery: Rs 350, delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
Free Standard Delivery on all orders above Rs 2,000.
You can select your preferred delivery option at checkout, and charges are shown before you pay. Delivery times are counted from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or weather.
Courier and tracking
Orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow your parcel.
Payment options
We accept online payments through Safepay (debit and credit cards) and Cash on Delivery. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is made in full to the courier at the time of delivery. Please have the exact amount ready.
Failed delivery
The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery fails because the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional delivery charge. Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in future orders being accepted on prepayment only.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch by emailing contact@sairuu.com or calling +92-327-0331985, ideally within 12 hours of ordering. Once handed to the courier an order cannot be cancelled. See our Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy for full details.
Damaged or missing parcels
Please inspect your parcel on delivery. Report any damage, missing items or wrong products within 48 hours at contact@sairuu.com or +92-327-0331985 with your order number and photos. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will trace it with the courier.
