2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Website, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
3. Eligibility to order
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
4. Products and suitability
We sell skincare products such as face washes and sunblocks. Our products are formulated for ages 13 and above. Use on children under 13 is not recommended without consulting a dermatologist. We make every effort to describe products accurately, including ingredients, SPF rating and directions for use, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography. Products are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Please review ingredient lists before purchase and perform a patch test before first use. If you have sensitive skin, allergies or a skin condition, consult a dermatologist before using any product. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Sunblock should be reapplied as directed on the packaging; no sunscreen provides complete protection from UV exposure.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners, including Safepay. We do not store your card details. Where cash on delivery is offered, payment is due in full to the courier at the time of delivery.
6. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or inability to verify your details. If we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund the full amount within 7 business days.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timelines, charges and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather or public holidays. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
8. Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products only. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery will be replaced or refunded in full. 9. Your account and conduct
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false or misleading information.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including the SAIRUU name and logo, product images, text and design, is owned by or licensed to SAIRUU and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAIRUU is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.
12. Privacy
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, contact us at contact@sairuu.com or +92-327-0331985 with your order number and details. We acknowledge complaints within 1 business day and aim to resolve them within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
14. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
